Journalism and Press Freedom as Human Rights

This article defends journalism and press freedom as human rights on the basis of a ‘naturalistic’ approach to such rights. Three fundamental interests – in education about current affairs, legitimate authority, voice public debate are identified grounds for right, held by each every one us, that journalistic communication be engaged our sake.
